Over the last few years I’ve had many people, designers and clients alike, ask me how I did a certain thing or project. I decided instead of sending each individual person a mini tutorial by email that I would just post them online so that anyone could learn from my trial and errors!

I would like to know how to make a website where the side and top stay the same and the middle part is the only thing that changes. I have been trying to do this in dreamweaver and I get as far as saving all the frames but it keeps asking me to save a new part of the page every time I try to view it in the browser. I email the instructor this problem but it went unanswered.
